A message from your KEW Master Executive Council
June 19, 2025

Fellow pilots,

We have an update on your preferential bidding schedule.

Due to a recent influx of new hires, Keewatin will see an increased number of line indocs in the coming months.

As line indocs are an operational requirement, your preferential bid may be affected. Please refer to Article 6 of our collective agreement for further information on seniority bidding.

We are working with the Company to ensure there are minimal disruptions to base bidding by seniority, however, you may not receive your preferred bid in the upcoming schedules to accommodate line indocs.

If you encounter any significant issues, please let your MEC know immediately.
